the last few days have been amazing. I'm so happy I'm here.
Today I ventured out to a fiber workshop thats suppossed to be some sort of mecca around here...I got a drop spindle and some roving, so I will possibly be spinning my own yarn if I can ever figure it out. I am tres excited.
last night bri and I went to dinner and to see "The Way We Were" on the mall, which was quite lovely. I love public events like that, when everyone just comes and hangs out...its so nice. and being with brian has had none of the akwardness that it might have. its been really good.
almost went to a stitch and bitch tonight, but didn't; stayed home and made dinner instead. laura would say my dogs are barking; I've been walking 4 or 5 miles a day every day since I got here, which is catching up to me in the form of crazy blisters. ah well.
the cleaning lady came today, and I was so embarrassed it wasn't even funny. I really don't like the idea of other people cleaning up my messes, and it was very odd.
