Payroll was remarkably painless today. Architecture sent theirs over in a relatively timely manner, and since no one is in the microlab, and we have no way of gettting in touch with the manager there, we just left them out. 1. Virus stuff
Well, we have a fix for the virus stuff, finally. We had people on the phone most of yesterday with Symantec sharing information back and forth. From what we could tell, it seems that unless the computer was very up to date (within the past week and a half or so), it was vulnerable to a new version of the Spybot worm. After ( Read more... )

We closed the computer center at 10:30 this morning. We shut down the entire school network shortly afterward. I've been here since 9 this morning.
