Observations: Hmm..I was more out of breath today for those 3 minute runs. I'm considering doing an extra day of Week 3 before progressing to W4..but then again, maybe it'd be better to just go for W4. Even if I fail on my first attempt...maybe I can still push myself to run longer than I normally would on a W3 interval. Then again, if I fail, it is kind of discouraging & makes me feel less motivated. Then again, I might not even fail! Yeah, I think I'll go for it :)
In other news, I have a running buddy for the big day! She has been at this longer than I & probably has way better stamina but she said she'd go slow with me if needed :)
Also: I have not lost a single pound yet, but my calf muscles are looking way more defined! lol. So...I still have a giant ass, but nice-looking legs at least :)Yay for that!
