W2D2?

Dec 04, 2013 14:01

I have been slacking. I tried W2D2 when visiting my parents. The hilly terrain was tough! I avoided the major hills but uneven ground makes things so difficult! I'm wondering if the bales of hay & all the grass & such aggravated my allergies too & made it rough. I was somewhat out of breath just BEING outside. However, I barely survived W1D2 there a while ago (60 second jogging intervals) & this time I made it through most of my 90 second jogging intervals & didn't feel quite as terrible...sooo..progress I guess. (I'll find the stats & post later so I can compare them).

I'm trying W2D2 again today, a repeat, since I didn't complete all the jogging intervals that time. Now that Thanksgiving is over, there is less food in my body, I am well rested and can hopefully take this on! I think I'm getting some compression tights in the mail today too, so we'll see how those work out. It was supposed to be super cold by now, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Maybe that's tomorrow.

In non-related news:
--Weather anxiety? Check. Dreamed about snow everywhere.
--Teeth anxiety? Check.(I found 3 potential cavities by surprise the other day. The universe is fucking w/ me as I rarely eat sugary things & floss every damn night. There is no pain yet, but looks like more than staining. :Sigh:) So of course I dreamed my mouth was mostly glued closed.
--Need physical contact with an attractive fellow? Check. I dreamed tried to make out with a very-nice looking boy but had to get the glue out of my mouth first? Gross.
--Anxiety about being a good doggy parent (due to Shannon's fight with the fence)? Check. I dreamed she was put in the microwave for 5 minutes & was dying! I got her out & gave her lots of water. Ugh, such a terrible thing to dream about.

Oh and there was something in there about someone telling me to read a book & I was all "Oh, I read this in 7th grade, I knew the author!" I even have time, amidst all the anxiety, to be a snob in my dreams. Feel free to shake your head at me. It would be deserved!
