This isn't a shopping list; I can most likely provide for all of it by myself. All of the weapons listed will be available for anyone to come and pick up at my office, which is, of course, the one right next to Rufus's office with the sign on the door that says "KEEP OUT OR DIE SCREAMING."

My To-Do List
If someone feels spontaniously kind and feels like helping me out with these, it would be awesome.
- get Sakura on the front door with Asano and Shishiwakamaru. Ask nicely.
- Coat all weapons for all guards in poison.
- And then issue antidotes. Ask Sakura to help make them.
- Make list of doctors, healers, etc, that are available and establish a connection
- Get all those dolls from the house.
- Ask Alice for warm clothing, etc, for outdoor guards.
- Ask Tifa's cafe for warm drinks for outdoor guards. And a piece of cake wouldn't hurt me, either.
- Write up and invest in more energy tags.
- Ask Zack if he can request that all guards without powers, be granted them for security purposes only.
- Calling all ninjas, calling all ninjas...
- Establish an escape route / safe haven / Fort Nox
- Make banner for front door to keep morale up. Zack can decide what it says.
- Work on the 100+ puppets you have that aren't living, to get them up to code for buddies and workers.
Also, may I request that all non-fighting persons living on the upper level be there by dark? For serious.
My Slighty Underdeveloped Plan
In the event of a security breach, a message should be sent to me through the puppets, and then I will send a message to all of the other puppets to contact their humans. All human guards human meaning, not a puppet, no offense meant within the building will then proceed to the point of the breach while the puppets man their stations. I will, of course, join you.
In Wesker, that other guy, or a mentally-fixed Hojo appear outside the building, all outdoor guards are to come within the ring of sand immediately. No exceptions whatsoever. The front door guards will be given smoke bombs and exploding notes, and will be instructed how to use them. This will hopefully create a long enough diversion for a message to be sent to me through the front door puppet, and give me time to create a cage of Iron Sand around the building.
The ring of riverbed sand outside the building is for my use only... unless some of you are from the village of Sunagakure and know how to manipulate sand to do your liking. It's mostly for diversions, trick plays, etc.
When I sent the Sandaime Kazekage to create the cage, I will be aiming just outside the ring of river bed sand. If you are stabbed with the Iron Sand, you will be poisoned, and the magnetic force will enter your joints, disabling your free movement. It's not fun, and it takes six hours, on average, for me to get the stuff out again.

Those of you who will not require a puppet excluding those of you with cellphones should come and pick up a doll from me. They're small, like the bears, so you can keep them in your pocket. They do not work like the puppets, and serve only as a means of communication. They have no weapons, no poison, but if one breaks, I will know right away. If you broke it yourself, I'll have to shove the remains down your throat. No hard feelings.
Anyway, I'll use them to check up on you every once and a while, or you can use them to talk to me.

But I like my new office.
And if anyone's hungry while on patrol, I've been sending bento boxes by puppet. Just let me know. They actually aren't 90% chocolate. Shocker, I know.
