With the President's permission and say-so, Illyria and I have come up with some ideas for the defense, structure and safety of our building. Really, the only thing that needs his authority is to pull down the unused buildings surrounded the main, so that we can use the materials to reinforce us.
In the meantime, some changes are going to be made to security.
Shishiwakamaru will work nights only. During the day, from five AM to seven PM, puppets will be on guard at the front door. Shishiwakamaru, you will be required to give me notice through Asano that you have arrived. You must get sufficient rest on your off-hours for maximum efficiency.
Snipers will be posted on the roof and in the windows of the officials' offices. All those with gun knowledge, please comment here. As I have very little experience with guns, I will require you to teach me, so that I can utilize this skill through the puppets that will act as snipers.
All Fighting ShinRa employees will be tested regularly on the skills that they listed in my registry post. Except for those posted outside the building, i.e. Farfarello, Schuldig, this is not an option. These tests will be at random, and will be overseen by myself. Zack, this means you, too. Failure to meet expectations results in a strict training regimen, supervised by myself. You do not want this, as I am a very strict teacher.
If you have a problem with these changes, by all means, visit my office and I'll throw you out the window. After letting you know in person that you have no choice.
