There is one (1) strange man in a garish purple suit who has taken to inspecting Dastan's clothes. He's also contemplating going off with the armguards - you don't see those everyday here.

And cue to a small pebble hitting the back of your head, stranger. Dastan has another one he throws up and down, looking at the man with a raised eyebrow:

"Never seen pants before?"

The Prince is very attached to those armguards.

"Oh, how crude of you to suggest so," Loki simpered, dramatically pressing the back of one hand to his forehead, the other holding an armguard to his chest.

"Why, I'm so hurt, I'd like to have this as compensation!"

While he usually had a better sense of humour, the Prince didn't find the other man's comment very funny. He frowned, taking a step closer to the shore, revealing that he had enough sense to keep his underpants on. There's also a dagger slipped in his waistband, another old habit that wouldn't die.

"I assure you, if you take one step away with my armor, you'll truly come to understand the meaning of the word 'hurt'."

[Judith is just wandering around like usual. The lake had become one of her most favored spots to stroll by; it was always such a calm and serene area. Today would have been no different, of course, if she hadn't spotted a familiar face in the lake. My, she's just bumping into him so much lately, isn't she?]

Hello, Dastan.

[She's just going to walk on over, and sit comfortably next to his drying clothes.]

[That's because you're unconsciously stalking him Judith Dastan looks up as he hears his name and promptly drops his arms down, looking positively embarrassed. He had not counted on meeting people at the lake, especially not someone he knows]

Oh...hum....H-hello Judith.

[He watches in slight horror as she sits down by his clothes. He is now apparently stuck in the water, lest he wants her to see him with nothing much on.]

[He's just always in the wrong place at the wrong time She gives Dastan a sly little smirk before leaning over just a tiny bit to address him where he stands.]

How's the water?

[Or the right place at the right time, depends on how you want to see it He looks down at the water and then back up]

....Not too cold.

[He then can't stop himself and raises an eyebrow almost challengingly]

Perhaps you should check on it yourself.

[Dastan wasn't the only one adjusting to life (or afterlife) in Somarium.

It hadn't been very long since he'd been fished out of the lake by Yosuke and Javert, but Charlie's reaction to this place had only been positive so far. Sure, he missed his surrogate family and the friends he had left behind, but dying had been something he'd had to do. And as long as they were better off now, being rescued and all, he was fine with the consequences he had to face. So instead of moodily withdrawing from this new world like he might have in the past, he'd picked to be a part of it and involve himself.

He'd gotten a flat to stay in, fished out enough cash for a guitar, and settled down into an average, normal life, which really was odd for him. For the first time in all his memories, he didn't feel the need to be inherently special. He wasn't a rock god anymore. He wasn't a castaway either. He was just Charlie Pace and that averageness didn't really sound so bad anymore ( ... )

[Dastan looks at the frantic man with some barely concealed surprise. He gives his surroundings a quick look to find that he's alone and he looks back at the blond, a bit confused]

None that I can see. Unless you are not what you seem to be.

[He smirks lightly]

[He rolls his eyes from his place on the shore, but despite his act, there's a hint of a smirk on his face.]

Oh, ha ha. Real funny there for a nude man bathing in a lake.

This isn't some sodding island, you know. There are certain luxuries around that you can make use of. Showers, for example, would probably help get rid of that fishy smell you are going to have for the next week.

[He knows this from experience.]

[Dastan chuckles lightly before looking at Charlie, cocking his head on one side]

There is no private fountain nearby my house. This is better than not bathing at all.

[...Because doing so in the rain is really even more inappropriate than in a lake...]

To say that Minako wasn't in the greatest mood was a bit of an understatement. It wasn't so much that she minded people seeing her as Venus, but being unable to detransform was disturbing. The one good thing, she figured, was that her fuku was light, so it wasn't as hot as it could be, and two, it was pretty impervious to elements. Given that, she decided to go for a swim, but out in the lake, where she was less likely to run into others.

She wasn't counting on someone else having the same idea.

Dastan dove into the waters only to come out moments later, shaking the waters out of his hair. He looked around and met the curious gaze of the young girl. Cocking his head on one side, he took a longer look at her: she was so strangely dressed. And that skirt...Not even the slave girls would have had agreed to something that short.

He swam to shore slowly, hoping she would simply walk on by and waited with a small smile, keeping his lower half hidden by the lake.

Minako blushed when she noticed that the man wasn't dressed, politely turning her eyes. "Aaa, sorry, I didn't realize anyone else would be out here..."

He saw her blush and it made him squirm slightly. How can she be embarrassed about his dressing while she was wearing almost nothing? He gave her a small smile but didn't move from where he was. She was still between him and his chance for decency:

"Hum....it's okay, don't worry about it..."

Luc, much to his annoyance, was starting to get used to there being people around the lake. He figured as long as it stayed warm, he'd get no peace and quiet.

Someone bathing in the lake, however, annoyed him. Didn't this person have any sense of decency? Even with the army, there were baths. He could just imagine the response if someone decided to bathe in Lake Toran or Lake Dunan, during the war.

So Luc decided to have a bit of fun. He left the lighthouse to where he could see the man better, and sent a gust of wind to blow the man's clothes into the water.

The Prince raised one arm to protect himself the wind, droplets of water blinding him momentarily. When he was able to see again, he groaned lightly: all of his clothes were now slowly sinking by the shore.

He jogged to grab them, revealing that he was still wearing his underpants. He had that much of decency after all.

Luc watched the man from behind a tree. There was a reason why laundry was done safely away from the lakes in the wars. He sent another 'breeze' over, drastically lowering the temperature around the man as it passed.

Even if Dastan was sturdy and used to drastic change in temperature due to living in the desert, the chilling wind sent shivers down his spine, creating goosebumps on his skin. He looked around himself, wondering how strangely working the weather in this world was.
