[Judith is just wandering around like usual. The lake had become one of her most favored spots to stroll by; it was always such a calm and serene area. Today would have been no different, of course, if she hadn't spotted a familiar face in the lake. My, she's just bumping into him so much lately, isn't she?]
Hello, Dastan.
[She's just going to walk on over, and sit comfortably next to his drying clothes.]
[That's because you're unconsciously stalking him Judith Dastan looks up as he hears his name and promptly drops his arms down, looking positively embarrassed. He had not counted on meeting people at the lake, especially not someone he knows]
Oh...hum....H-hello Judith.
[He watches in slight horror as she sits down by his clothes. He is now apparently stuck in the water, lest he wants her to see him with nothing much on.]
[He's just always in the wrong place at the wrong time She gives Dastan a sly little smirk before leaning over just a tiny bit to address him where he stands.]
[He chuckles lightly, his hands bringing water up to his head, rinsing his hair lightly]
You have no idea what you are missing then, Judith.
[Oh yes, he knows what you were asking. It's more fun to let her imagine the answer and the Prince is start to feel at ease enough with the young woman to tease her that way]
[OW. Low blow on the ego there Judith. Her staring makes him squirm lightly and he pales lightly as she makes herself comfortable. Even if he could swim well, the other side of the lake is way too far for him. Plus, he would have to run back to his clothes. So he'll have to take a chance with trying to outwait her.]
[She's still smiling lightly, and her brightly coloured eyes glint dimly with compassion.]
But that is good to hear, maybe now you can actually impress me.
[She's joking of course, simply poking fun at him. That much is completely evident in her tone, and that brief compassion is once again replaced with playfulness.]
You sound like my brother Tus. He would always say that Garsiv and I were the ones finding troubles, not the other way around.
[He see the compassion in his eyes and it touches him, though it makes him wonder what he's done to earn it. He then smirks lightly at her playful words]
[She smiles softly. In his dream, he had mentioned his uncle, so she can only imagine that family must be a somewhat touchy subject, so she decides not to press any further than that. Sometime it is a good thing that Judith doesn't miss much.]
So, what do you plan on doing to impress me first?
[He chuckles lightly before giving her a childish smile]
It was always Garsiv's fault, I swear!
[Except when he would spit pomegranate seeds at his brother. Or when he would stole his horse, or when he would slip frogs into his bed, or when he would hide his ax...and the list could go on and on, actually]
[The Prince seems to think for a moment]
I suppose it all depends on what you would like to see me do, Judith.

How's the water?
Reply
....Not too cold.
[He then can't stop himself and raises an eyebrow almost challengingly]
Perhaps you should check on it yourself.
Reply
I didn't bring anything to go in with.
[Oh, she knows what he means, but Judith isn't exactly finished on land yet.]
And I don't plan on going in there...in the nude?
[She raises her own eyebrow now. Yes, that last part is posed as a question, Dastan. Care to answer?]

[She shifts, making herself a little more comfortable, her stare planted on him ever so firmly. You have to come out sometime, Dastan.]

So...hum....H-how's Ba'ul
Reply
Ba'ul is fine, thank you for asking.
[She hums lightly, her smirk shifting into a soft smile.]
And how are you, Dastan? Much better I see.
Reply
I'm all right, thank you. No doubt in a few days I'll be able to run and fight again. Two weeks without anything happening enough for me.
[He flashes a grin]
I'm sure trouble will find me easily soon.

[Oh hey! Look! He can make double-entendre too!]
Reply
How about you show me how you use that sword of yours?
[Double-entendres, you say?]
Reply
Mmmm...I do suppose I could show you whatt I can do with both of my hands.
[Well, he does know how to fight with two swords at a time after all]
