First, new players! Let me call your attention to the most recent Moon Cycle post. This will help you understand a little of what's going to happen next week. As for this week, your characters are affected in the sense that they will find themselves in 1920s fashion within hours of arriving, if not immediately

So! Affected characters lose any supernatural abilities. Check. However, what about things like Lloyd's Exsphere? Will that even still be on his hand? Or will it disappear?

Affected characters will take on 'new identities,' so to speak, during their time in AU adventure land. For the most part, any old possessions from their previous existence will be refashioned as something they would know in their 1920s verse. If it doesn't fit in anywhere or you can't skew it very well, it can be eliminated for a brief time.

--THAT SAID can I have some information on Lloyd's Exsphere? I'm not very familiar with the Tales of canon so anything you can provide would be awesome.

Exspheres are a kind of gem that can be mined from the earth in the Tales of Symphonia universe. When attached to a person, they can grant extra strength and certain mana-related abilities, but without a mount or crest made of inhibitor ore and carved with dwarven runes, a Key Crest, the Exsphere will slowly make the person sicken and die, even absorbing their soul. Removing an Exsphere that has been directly attached without a Key Crest will cause a person's mana to go out of control, turning them into a monster called an Exbelua.

Lloyd's Exsphere is the same one that was cultivated on his mother during an experiment called the Angelus Project, which was intended to make a Cruxis Crystal (an advanced form of Exsphere) inside a human host. His Exsphere is attached with a Key Crest, so removing it is possible without him turning into a monster

Tamaki Suoh | spectaculaire

Okay, basically Tamaki's history is reversed from his canon history with some other changes. First, he's father is French and his mother is Japanese, so his name will be René Tamaki Richard Grantaine during the event. His parents are also legit married, so none of that family tension xD If anyone wants to fill in the family roles, I'll totally be happy to work it out. The fact that he the only son and heir from a wealthy, business family remains true, so he'll also be working on becoming the next leader for the family business. I have no idea what they do, maybe managing/administration/education stuff like in canon.

Another thing to note is he's engaged with the oh so lovely ootorospring! EXPECT GREAT WEDDING PLANS. But no actual wedding fff

Or be unaffected and wonder why Ace is still clinging onto him because in Ace's AU he still knows Julius anyway HURR.

UH. I HONESTLY am not sure....dump it on Julius' desk I mean what. Probably leave it. After taking his heart. Mmm heart. ...Actually. Depending on WHY he killed Domninic, if we're going with the "Dominic worked for Break, Break annoyed Ace somehow, Dominic pays for it" then maybe Ace leaves Dominic on Break's desk with his heart in a nice gift wrapped jar? :D

♥Naomi Hunter -> The beautiful, young Naomi (aged down to twenty-five for this event) grew up as an extremely intelligent woman who simply did not have the opportunities to head down a professional career path. So when her two older brothers (the twins solidarity and hunt_jackals) went off to war, she was left alone and had to find some way to take care of and provide for herself. It was then that she began to mix into the world of gangsters, using her looks to grab the eyes (and money!) of some very wealthy mobsters who enjoyed her company and attention. It was then that she picked up a job as a Burlesque dancer at Mama Mille's Speakeasy.

Now, she's risen in ranks to be the star of the stage and her name is well known in all of the right circles throughout the city. Though many she interacts with may be unaware of her incredibly powerful position, Naomi holds a hell of a lot of sway and revenue over members of the mob, though she is currently also secretly slipping her hands into the feds' deep pockets at the same time. Her true loyalties are unknown to

♥Franziska von Karma -> Franziska, the biological sister to Miles Edgeworth, is a young woman who was raised in wealth and born to be in control of great power. Following along in the footsteps of her father and her older brother, the fiery young woman is doing her best to grab more control from the world than women are usually allowed in this time period. Though only twenty years of age, she is already making a name for herself, though that is likely because of the influence her older brother possesses.

She also doesn't have her whip around, though there may or may not be a pistol hidden on her person instead.

WHO I WANT FRANZISKA TO MOST INTERACT WITH:
-> Honest people in power: Franziska does not want to speak with mobsters or anyone who deals in crime, but she would love to interact with federal agents or those in the military.
-> People who want to use her: Go on. Try it. She's just a weak little woman, right?
