Meanderings for people who care

Saw Iron Man a couple of days ago. It was a great Marvel Movie. Really enjoyed it.

This weekend is a long weekend due to Victoria’s Day. God save the queen. There shall be beer and movies on Friday and Saturday night. Late Sunday night I’ll probably grab my camera and scout around the city. Friday night I’m going to order Chinese for Pat, Brad and I. I'll also have the latest Die Hard movie for us to watch. Monday I’ll finish up the picture for the local band. I’m really sick of working on it so I’m going to make one last push to finish it once and for all. I have my own projects that I want to work on.

I have it in the que to pick up some wire for making an armature for sculpting. I’ll probably start by working small. Need to pick up a few sculpting tools as well. Good thing this is a 3 paycheck month. Not sure if I’ll plan out the sculpture ahead of time on paper or just let my hands and imagination go to work on their own. I also have to pick up a few cheap painting supplies so I can paint the bathroom. I’ll probably do that Sunday evening before I hit the streets.

Been watching a couple of episodes of Monty Python’s Flying Circus every night. Love that show. That reminds me, I have to pick up more blank DVDs.

Last night I finally mastered Leatherworking in WoW. I can now finally make some new kick-ass epic armour provided I can get all the materials I need. In total the suit I want will probably cost me about 3000 gold to make including buying a couple of patterns on the auction house. So it’s back to saving. Pat and I are working towards Nether Drake flying mounts. We should have them before the end of the month.

My neck really hurts today. I feel like I’ve been doing a headstand all night. I don’t usually take meds of any sort but I’ll probably cave in today and take an advil if someone here at work has one. It should hit me like a ton of bricks since my body is not used to it.

Of course I’ve also continued researching things I’m interested in, reading, thinking about complex ideas and relationships in life, science, perception and understanding as I always do but rarely ever share.
