Again with my favorite part of day. Though it's not as good as last time because as the cold moves closer the sun moves faster. It's still a bit daylight outside, The sky's blue and grey and the pollution is pink and purple.
I love to sit outside and do nothing until my computer dies and i have no more music and i'm forced to go find something new to hear.
Mom visited me again today. We went to little 5's again and got some pizza. I got a cat power record and some free posters, and a free button. I also got some awesome new slip-on's. They're a grey/brown and leather and i really like them. Very versatile.
I didn't have class today for some unknown reason. We were told about it the first day but we were never given a clue as to why. It's nice other than that i'm going to have to make it up on a friday. Oh well.
Today has been a pretty good day. My birthday is in 6 days which is crazy to me. It came out of no where.
My friends and i went to this Indian restaurant called Istanbul. It was pretty cool, but sort of crazy. There were hookahs on every table. We sat in the floor on cushions and pillows and there was a belly dancer. It would have been better without the dirty old Indian men there specifically for the show.
Ratatat is tonight. I'm sure i won't get to see them but i bet it would be fun if i did. Broken Social Scene and Built to Spill are going to be here soon. They would both be nice to see. Really i just want to see BSS to see Leslie Feist and Emily Haines (who's new cd is out by the way).
