Today heralds the end of the world! Again! I have no doubt there is a reason it's taking place exactly one year after Salem died, lmao.

Weather yesterday: pouring rain and lightning. I ended up sleeping most of yesterday and today. Oops. I did get up in time to see a two rainbows~ That helped make up for having a dream about Salem again.

Salem's been a little unsteady on his feet for a while now. Not surprising for a fourteen-year-old kitty. Not long after we arrived last week, his ability to walk began to decline. So. That horrible thing I've been dreading? Isn't as bad as we first feared. Salem most likely doesn't have kidney or liver trouble and is doing quite well for a kitty his age (fourteen)!
