(Edited author's summary) When lab monkey and definite not superhero Darcy Lewis does something incredibly brave and monumentally stupid, she saves the Avengers and the planet from all out destruction at the hands of Thanos. Picking up the pieces afterward is a lot less fun than she imagined. After an experiment to see the full extent of her new abilities, she finds her fate inexplicably tied to Bucky Barnes and Steve Rogers.

if only, by crimtastic. Rated NC-17 (Darcy Lewis/Steve Rogers). Recommended by Angela.
(Author's summary) Darcy, despite all of the warnings her mother had ever given her, looked at her Timer as a comfortable promise. Sometime after Puente Antiguo, it had finally stopped being pale and blurry, which Darcy took as a good sign. Then being a witness to the near destruction of the planet a few times, it was a day to downright look forward to.
If only.

Officer Lewis Chronicles (The), by Em_Jaye. Rated R (Darcy Lewis/Steve Rogers). Recommended by Angela.
(Edited author's summary) She reached out and put a hand over his wallet and crossed the few feet between them, bending down to put her lips close to his ear. “I think you should go home, Captain Rogers,” she exhaled, hoping the hair tumbling over her shoulder would obscure his face.
Steve looked up in confusion. “I’m not…I mean…you’re not going to get into trouble...if that’s what you’re worried about.”
She inched closer, leaning in close enough to smell his cologne. Darcy flashed her badge for one brief moment. “That’s not what I’m worried about, sir.”

Welcome to Vampireville, USA, Darcy Lewis, by PumpkinDoodles. Rated R (Darcy Lewis/Brock Rumlow). Recommended by Angela.
(Author's summary) Darcy Lewis is dead. Well, fake dead. There was this Hydra threat (it's always something, right?), so she's been separated from her BFF Jane and sent to assist these ex-fake SHIELDRA agents who are posing as private investigators now. Phil Coulson fixed her up with a new identity and a new location: Forks, Washington. You've heard of Forks, right?

Daring Adventure (A), by Trinket2018. Criminal Minds/NCIS/Stargate: Atlantis/Stargate: SG1/The Sentinel. Rated R (Rodney McKay/John Sheppard, Anthony DiNozzo/Teyla Emmagan, Daniel Jackson/Vala Mal Doran/Jack O'Neill, Spencer Reid/Cameron Mitchell, Jim Ellison/Blair Sandburg). Recommended by Angela.
(Author's summary) Zeds (two-gendered humans) have always been persecuted. When Dr. Spencer Reid’s gender status is outed, in a disastrous and horrifically public way, he needs to get off the planet for his own safety. Dr. Daniel Jackson has just the job for him. Another galaxy *ought* to be far enough…

(Edited author's summary) Nearly all of his life, Tony DiNozzo had known that he was only weakly latent and would probably never come online. As he's comfortable with himself and not terribly interested in change, it comes as a shock when a vacation with an old friend turns his life on its head. Out of the blue, his sleeping potential awakens.

This Space Opera, by AthenaAstrea. NCIS/JAG/The Sentinel/Stargate SG-1/various fandoms. Rated NC-17 (male/male slash, Anthony DiNozzo/Jack O'Neill, A.J. Chegwidden/Harmon Rabb Jr.). Recommended by Angela.
(Edited author's summary) Guide Anthony DiNozzo thinks he's had his shot at bonding. He's met "his" sentinel and, for reasons that he doesn't want to talk about, he turned him down. That should be it. After all, if a person doesn't bond with their perfect match, they don't get another chance, right? Tony's former sentinel won't so much as consider bonding with another guide, even to treat his terminal illness. Leave it to Tony to break all the rules and in doing so, end up in the middle of a goddamned space opera, complete with politics, aliens, and his very own Space Force general. Okay, so technically, Major General Jonathan "Jack" O'Neill is Air Force, but by the time Tony is done, who knows, there may well be a sixth branch of the military. And who better to lead it than a guy who's saved Earth a few dozen times?

He can repair every broken place in this city before he’ll be able to fix what he’d just seen, torn and unmended, when he’d finally looked into the deep well of her eyes. (Jaime survives the collapse of the Red Keep, but it's going to take a long time to rebuild his life, and a number of other things that have been left in ruins.)

more like the man you were meant to be, by janie_tangerine. Rated PG-13 (Jaime Lannister/Brienne of Tarth). Recommended by Bea.
(Author's summary) In which Robert, instead of keeping Jaime in King's Landing after the rebellion, sends him to Winterfell. Or, alternatively: in which Jaime gets to keep his oaths, gains both Ned's and Cat's respect and Jon Snow finds himself growing up with his own sworn sword. Or, even more alternatively: in which Brienne's father sends her to be a warden at Winterfell after she defies her last suitor and some things change and others stay the same.

Brienne of Tarth is the first girl to enroll in the King's Landing Knight Academy and, due to Tywin Lannister's influence, ends up Jaime Lannister's squire in an attempt to embarrass him into quitting the Kingsguard. It does not go as planned. A Tamora Pierce's Protector of the Small fusion.

something good and right and real, by sameboots. Rated G (Jaime Lannister/Brienne of Tarth). Recommended by Bea.
(Author's summary) Brienne Tarth suddenly finds herself with custody of her very young cousin, Podrick. As if things aren't overwhelming enough already, Podrick's preschool teacher, Jaime Lannister, is an excruciatingly handsome and kind man that Brienne really does not have time for. Unfortunately for her, you don't get to choose when That Someone comes into your life.
Pod adored Mr. Jaime. He talked about little else in the following weeks. Mr. Jaime did this, Mr. Jaime did that. Mr. Jaime was so funny. Mr. Jaime read the best stories. Brienne was a little sick of hearing about Mr. Jaime. It was bad enough that she couldn’t seem to control the flow of blood to her face (and, if she’s honest, to other parts of her body) every time she dropped off or picked up Pod. That she survived to the first parent-teacher conference without humiliating herself was a damned miracle. Still, she was unprepared to walk into the classroom and find Jaime bent over a sheet of notes, his hair falling over his forehead, and -- gods, a pair of glasses perched on his nose. Truly, the gods were cruel masters.

there's a ghost in my lungs; it sings in my sleep, by nire. Rated R (Jaime Lannister/Brienne of Tarth). Recommended by Bea.
(Author's summary) A prompt fill for Writer's Month 2019, day eleven: whump.
Jaime looked down at Tyrion’s crumpled, crying figure. When they’d been little and Cersei or Father had been cruel to Tyrion, there was no pride preventing Jaime from scooping his little brother up, cradling him to his chest. A little later, Tyrion learned to hide his tears with wit, and he no longer accepted Jaime’s offers for embrace. And now, Jaime had no body with which he could hold Tyrion. In fact, that was precisely the problem here: Jaime was dead, and Tyrion was mourning his body.

(Author's summary) Jaime Lannister, recently missing a hand, a white cloak and his purpose in life, is sent to Tarth to decide whether the Lannisters will loan them the gold they so desperately need to thwart a disaster. He expects to negotiate with the Evenstar, but is stuck with the dour daughter instead.

To be in your arms again, by sdwolfpup. Rated R (Jaime Lannister/Brienne of Tarth). Recommended by Bea.
(Edited author's summary) Jaime Lannister is rescued from the rubble, but whether Brienne will ever forgive him is another question.
For days, Jaime remembered only pain and Brienne. When he woke he would cry out and they fed him broth and medicine, and then he would sleep and he would dream of Brienne. Of fighting on the bridge, of walking through green fields, of blades wielded for each other. He hated to wake, not just because waking meant agony, but because it meant he wasn't with her.

Two halves of a sword, by angel_deux. Rated PG-13 (Jaime Lannister/Brienne of Tarth). Recommended by Bea.

With All Your Faults, by sea_spirit. Rated R (Jaime Lannister/Brienne of Tarth). Recommended by Bea.
(Author's summary) In 1943, small-town slugger Brienne Tarth is recruited to play for Tywin Lannister’s newest business venture: the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League. There, she meets Jaime, a maimed former Major League pitcher who’s been talked into managing one of his father’s teams. She can't stand her arrogant coach, and he is definitely not interested in his annoyingly principled star player. They don't like each other at all, really...until they do. Loosely inspired by "A League of Their Own," with slightly less baseball and lots more love story.

Teen Wolf
-
Abraca-Fuck-You!, by isthatbloodonhisshirt (wasterella). Rated R (male/male slash, Derek Hale/Stiles Stilinski). Recommended by Angela.
(Edited author's summary) “Who needed you?” Stiles asked, uncapping his water.
“Hm?” Cole had been looking out at something in the field, and he focussed back on Stiles then. “What?”
“You said it comes about when someone needs us. Who needed you?”
He probably shouldn’t have asked, because Cole looked sad all of a sudden. Like he hadn’t thought about becoming a Sorcerer in a long time. Stiles could see that being what he was had cost him greatly, and he couldn’t help but wonder if he was going to run into the same problem.
“A friend,” Cole said quietly. “Someone who was very dear to me. But I didn’t get there fast enough. I waited too long to help them.”

Empathy, Empathy, Put Yourself in the Place of Me, by twothumbsandnostakeincanon (somanyofthekids). Rated NC-17 (male/male slash, Peter Hale/Stiles Stilinski). Recommended by Angela.
(Author's summary) Peter was suspicious. Just generally, as a person. He always assumed his fellow man had impure motives until they proved otherwise, and then he still kept an eye out. But at this particular moment, he was specifically suspicious of Derek’s new girlfriend. He's not the only one.

(Edited author's summary) Peter always claimed that soulmates were the universe manipulating you.
Now that he has one of his own, he's willing to admit that maybe he was wrong. Maybe, your soulmate is exactly what you need. And maybe you're what they need, too.

Ferret, Not Weasel, by twothumbsandnostakeincanon (somanyofthekids). Rated PG-13 (male/male slash, Peter Hale/Stiles Stilinski). Recommended by Angela.
(Author's summary) Stiles was just kind of weird. Weird name, weird sense of humor, weird habits. So it wasn’t really a surprise to anyone that his weirdness extended to the point of him being a Guide. Hell, it wasn’t even really a surprise when he was shipped off to the special school for Guides and Sentinels that were too potent to be in public before they were trained. But it was a little bit of a surprise when his instructors discovered that he was not, in fact talking to himself between classes as they thought.
He was talking to his soul animal.

Foxes in the Woods, by twothumbsandnostakeincanon (somanyofthekids). Rated PG-13. Recommended by Angela.
(Author's summary) “There’s a boy alone in the woods,” Talia said with a furrowed brow, hanging her coat up by the door.
“Yes, sister dear, there is,” Peter drawled back from the couch.
“He seems a little young to be out there by himself,” she continued. “Do you know how long he’s been there? Maybe we should ask if he’s lost.”
“Considering that this is his third visit this week, and eighth in the last month, I think he can probably find his way home."

If Control Is Not Enough, by KindreTurnany. Rated R (male/male slash, Peter Hale/Stiles Stilinski). Recommended by Angela.
(Author's summary) Stiles doesn't talk about the darkness around his heart. He doesn't talk about the nogitsune that possessed him or the young man he killed. He doesn't talk about the night he said he didn't want to be a monster like Peter Hale. He doesn't talk about how Peter said he was lying.
Or, at least, he didn't when he was human.

I.N.K., by billtheradish. Rated R (male/male slash, Derek Hale/Stiles Stilinski). Recommended by Angela.
(Author's summary) The house never burned. The pack is strong. Derek will never need to be the alpha, and his sister is a troll. (Actually, most of his family is like that.) Derek is an apprentice tattoo artist, and Stiles isn't old enough to get ink of his own yet. But that doesn't stop him from being interesting...

It's for the birds!, by Wineabout. Rated G (male/male slash, Peter Hale/Stiles Stilinski). Recommended by Angela.
(Author's summary) Stiles is holding a bag of gourmet bird seed with a mild pink crawling up his jawline and his feet shifting on the porch wood. “You were telling me about the bird feeders in your backyard, and I thought, you know, I never brought over baking or something. Scott’s mom said we were supposed to bring something around to the neighbors but everyone else around here…” Stiles’ face pulls down and he shrugs one shoulder.
“Keeps to themselves?” Peter suggests with a smirk, as if he hadn’t spent his years on this block ignoring every other neighbor he’s had.

Learning Curve (A), by Bunnywest. Rated PG-13 (male/male slash, Peter Hale/Stiles Stilinski). Recommended by Angela.
(Author's summary) Peter Hale has no time at all for adults, but he adores his little pack of five year olds, and they adore him in return. His classroom runs like a well oiled machine, and the last thing he needs is a student teacher throwing a spanner in the works.
Which is too bad, because Principal Finstock insists he have one. Hopefully, this kid's not as useless as the last one.

Naughty Hookers (Swathed in Wool), by pprfaith. Rated PG-13 (male/male slash, Peter Hale/Stiles Stilinski). Recommended by Angela.

Radio Tower, by HyperLittleNori (Shiguresan). Rated NC-17 (male/male slash, Derek Hale/Stiles Stilinski). Recommended by Angela.
(Author's summary) Inspired by the concept and stunning art by the talented Suis0u on Tumblr. Everything was different. The world he knew was gone. It’d been a long time since he’d started thinking he was probably one of the last humans on earth, that out there the only sentient beings were those that would devour him whole. He wasn’t sure why he continued with the radio broadcasts, continued to talk into nothingness. The only explanation was that there was a spark of hope in him yet that he wasn’t alone. The lonely safety Stiles has built around an old radio tower in the middle of nowhere is about to be broken. Stiles isn’t sure if Derek is a harbinger of chaos or hope at the end of the world.

(Author's summary) Peter wanted a chance to do it all again. When he receives a gift, what will he do with this chance.
...Peter jerked awake instantly. His breath was heavy and stacked together, his lungs constricting like they had in his dream. He had heard of this. His grandmother possessed this gift. The gift of foresight: a gift that presents itself when the possessor is at a crossroads, where one decision can change the course of one’s life. Each time the gift shows you the course you are on and what life you shall live. You get to choose to live that life or change it in that split second. His grandmother said she was only afforded two crossroads in her life, and only changed it once...
And in that moment he took a different path.
...Peter stood there for a moment when he saw something else. A little boy was walking down the street. He couldn't have been more than seven or so, and he was twitching as he walked determinedly forward. Peter knew this boy, but from where?
And in that moment when he moved toward the seven year old instead of Hannah to introduce himself, he felt his life shift...

To Have and to Hold, by KouriArashi. Rated PG-13 (male/male slash, Derek Hale/Stiles Stilinski). Recommended by Angela.
(Author's summary) “Yes, well, you see . . .” Deucalion cleared his throat again. “In an effort for authenticity, the writer used an actual binding ceremony in the script. The casting director, wanting to make sure it was pronounced correctly, found an actual shaman to perform it. He did so.”
“You - you mean - are you saying that Derek and I are actually married?” Stiles managed to squeeze out of his rapidly closing throat.

Up Down Lock Unlock, by isthatbloodonhisshirt (wasterella). Rated G. Recommended by Angela.
(Edited author's summary) “Why are you going into grandma Ito’s apartment?” he asked.
Derek turned to him, key sliding into the lock. “What do you mean?” He tried to turn it, but the key wasn’t budging. Maybe the lock was sticking again, it’d been doing that the past few days.
Stiles was staring at him like Derek was stupid.
Derek did not appreciate sass from a ten year old.
“That’s grandma Ito’s place.”
“No,” Derek said calmly, pulling the key out and then shoving it back in, wiggling it a little when it continued to refuse to unlock the door. “This is my place.”
“I think you’re on the wrong floor then, because that apartment belongs to grandma Ito.”

(Edited author's summary) “You’re late,” Derek informed him coldly, jaw clenched. He barely even moved his mouth to speak. This guy was seriously scary.
And because Stiles was suicidal, he said, “No, I’m Stiles.”
The look he got could’ve curdled milk. Stiles even noticed that Derek’s muscles were tensing, arms bulging even more and wow this guy was scary and hot but mostly scary.
“You’re not funny,” Derek informed him coldly.
Stiles shrugged. “I think that’s a matter of opinion.”
