18th century will happen... sometime soon!
I'm pretty much decided on what kind of 18th century dress I'm going to make. However, I'm still not sure which materials to use on one part of the outfit.
Should I use silk organza or silk taffeta for the petticoat/underskirt? Either way it will be white, and I'm using my seafoam green silk taffeta for the Anglaise with Polonaise option. I can find multiple examples of both, but I don't know which I like better. Isn't that my problem for every damn outfit I make?!
