First of all, I'm ok.

I just couldn't sit still at Felissa's house earlier tonight, I needed to get away. It wasn't even Dan, he was just an excuse, I just needed to get away. I didn't even know where I wanted to go. I called Avi to see if I could visit him but he said he was tired and would just see me tommorow, so I drove up Hallandale beach blvd figuring maybe I'd catch some people at coldstones. No luck, Devora called to inform me that she was moving to Baltimore and I just needed to see Meredith. I spent a few hours there. It's always so hard to leave, It's such an effort of will to get up and go that sometimes I have to be stern and sorta push away and go.
Feeling relieved, I was driving down the I-95, doing 65 in a 65 in the second to fast lane when my left tires caught a puddle, and my car spun out. I tried to catch the car in the spin, "Turn with the spin, Jonathan..." but the back of my car hit the median, bumped my head on the window and I ended up facing southbound traffic at 1:45 am. I pulled into the breakdown lane, the first time I ever drove against the proper direction of traffic and began the search for my phone which flew god knows where in the mess. Kippahs, hats, pants, and everything else everybody knows I keep in my car were everywhere, it took me 10 minutes to find my phone which was the only really scary moment for me, "I need to call the police/ambulance/parents/meredith (probably better later anyways). The dispatcher was nice, I didn't know where I was on the highway exit wise, just southbound, but I worked it out for them. Then while talking to my parents some asshole tow truck fucks came to offer me the service of towing me so the police company wouldn't have to and they could rip me off instead, but I told them to go find some other car because they were wasting my time. Not even ambulance chasers, just vultures. The paramedics were very business and they had friction with the FHP. They insisted that they take me off the dangerous highway and that I wait for the FHP in the hollywood train station, then they got into a fight with FHP that if they didn't bring me back I would be charged with abandoning a scene of an accident and I guess they were aiding and abedding. They wanted to take me the hospital to save me the trouble, but the high patrolers pulled rank I guess. My parents showed up while I was dealing with the cop, he was ok, not too nice, not too mean, I got a ticket because it is apparently a crime not to be able to recover control of a car. Losing it isn't the problem, its not recovering. Yada Yada yada. my car is fucked but nothing is new, maybe now I'll get the glove compartment opened. Oh yeah, and the Yetti is ok. And me, I'm fine too, just a bump on the Keppy. And I have work tommorow so I'm out. Peace.
