I am totally bored right now and finals have got me in a sort of rut. I abhor studying and all forms of schoolwork. My mind wants to be challenged not exhausted. But here I am on LJ instead of studying like I should be. In a moment I will probably start watching another episode of Criminal Minds which has re-sparked my interest in going back and looking at how far these characters have really come. I mean the first time we see Hotch he is actually smiling. Not to say that I do not love my stoic and dry G-man but it was nice to see him smile. It was good to see the much missed Elle and Gideon. Morgan has kinda of relaxed more into his role and matured. Reid has become stronger and more scarred. JJ is a mother and let me say that in its self is a big change. Not she was not the maternal type but it helps reaffirm that these characters are more than just their job. I love them all and it is fun to be reintroduced to Rossi and Prentiss. Garcia of course has been there from the start and I feel that while she has also grown her essence has remained the most similar throughout the entire series. The Tech Kitten will forever be a favorite because she is a sweet, smart, and sassy woman that you cannot help but love. Really excited for this wednesday's upcoming episode and all that it will bring. Hopefully I will actually study before my stat final. Wish me luck!
