I'm glad auditions are FINALLY over! I had a good time in Montreal, and I wish I could've stayed longer because it's such a great city.
However, as much as I love my mother, I don't think I can travel with her in this sort of situation again. It was just too stressful to have to be concerned about where she was and how she was feeling, especially on the day of my audition, plus she didn't have a good map nor directions to the hotel...x___x. I also met up with a friend from USF there, who now goes to McGill and she was all awkward about that ("if you want to go out, I can just go back to the hotel room...") UGH! It would've been a lot easier if I just went by myself. Now I know...
As much as I love the city, I love the teacher in Texas more than the one in Montreal. I still haven't heard from Alabama either so I'm still waiting, but I got a small scholarship from UNT, so I'm still leaning toward that school.
I'm so ready to be done with this school. Dealing with some people here has been exhausting...
I'll probably be moving back to Btown for the summer to avoid paying rent and to work at kate spade more, although I will still be working at Bigel 2 days a week. I also may be going to California for a couple weeks as part of my teacher's music festival, which I'd really like to happen since I won't be able to go to Europe this summer.
It's crazy to think in less than a month I will have made a decision and know officially where I'm going to school, and then I'll have to find an apartment and move! *nervous but excited*
