Work, work, play play
So, after 2 days of work at World Market, I don't hate it... so that's definitely good news. I'm scheduled for less than 30 hours this week, but as of right now, I'm scheduled for almost 40 next week. YAY... more hours=more money!!!! The job is basically very easy. It reminds me A LOT of working at Homeplace. We sell a lot of the same stuff, except our stuff comes from other countries. And we sell lots of yummy wines!!! I was training on the register. Today I continued my "training" on the register, but I really didn't need anyone's help. It was great! The only thing is that I haven't mastered exactly what we sell or where it's located yet. But, I'm sure I'll figure it out very quickly. I have tomorrow and Thursday off and then I work 3-11 Friday and Saturday. So, yay work! Yay money! Now, if I could just have the same people that were at Homeplace (aka Dana, Emily, Tanya, Sonya (I actually work with a Sonja, but she's nothing like the original), Cara... you know, people like that. *sorry, I know most of you have no idea who those people are, but it's more for me than you. So, now that I'm rambling, I'll stop.
