Sketch Meme #1:
First of the sketches promised in that meme: for niwakaame
My scanner cut off her foot, and that makes her leg look to short. Other than that, I'm really happy with this one ^-^ K's design is so beautiful. I just love drawing her in flight. And Spazz recognized her based off her face-shape, which was my warm-fuzzy for the day (he claims he mistook the glowy stuff for scribble-marks. I guess I buy that, since I'm really messy).
If I can finagle the entire sketch into my scanner, I'd love to try and color this. I think my last stab at Karolina-fanart has the most comments/faves of anything I've ever posted on DeviantArt O_o I'm kind of flattered that my OCs get any attention at all over there.

In roach related news, we can hear last night's culprit churring behind Ed's turtle-tank. Spazz downloaded a mpeg of a madacascar hissing cockroach and is playing it in hopes of luring his prey into the open. No luck so far, but he's determined that our roach has "a much more ROBUST hiss."
