Highlights and happenings after two twelve hour days spent at the Annual Reggae Festival benefiting the Capital Area Food Bank:

- At least 17,000 people in attendance on Saturday, a record-setting day which means great news for the Capital Area Food Bank!

Due to the overwhelming needs and responses at the Capital Area Food Bank, extra help is needed to check voice mails, make copies, light office work. Experience with Word would be beneficial. It's almost time for the Annual Bob Marley Reggae Fest on Auditorium
Shores in Austin TX.

WHEN: April 16 and 17, noon - 10pm, both days

COSTS: General Admission is $7 per day, or $10 for a weekend pass; the festival runs noon - 10p each day.

I have the privilege of meeting and interacting with quite a few famous folks during SXSW, but usually refrain from my having my picture taken with them. In my position, I have to help maintain their space and safety, and keep the crowds at bay. I was glad that another friend had camera in hand this night!
