So, no_tags  is this amazingly fun bandom fic challenge that I just had to take advantage of, because new fandoms are scary, right?  But this challenge is ANONYMOUS, so the stress levels are like, nonexistent.  :D

Concert!  Four bands, over about 5 hours --- the opener was local, not one I'd heard before.  Not bad at all, bright and lively.  Girl singer, good voice, maybe not strong enough yet to really hold her own over the drums and guitars (which were pretty awesome).  The next two groups were much more experienced -- and to be honest, I probably would ( Read more... )

I've been listening to the singles for weeks and I've heard the full album already, but I was still really annoyed that I couldn't go pick up my copy of Danger Days until today.

All better now!  :D  If only I could find a car so I can slap this into the cd player and roll the windows down and get myself my first speeding ticket in four years . . .

So that show in St. Louis that I'm going to?  Yeah, I'm totally still going to that.  :D  But less than a week before then, My Chemical Romance is playing in my hometown -- at a venue four blocks from my apartment!  And now. . .

There's a St. Louis show!  OMG I want to go!  It's only, what, a four hour drive?  Roughly?  I could totally do that.  Have to find a car to borrow, but I could totally do that.
