I attempted to make french onion soup last night... attempted is the key word there. :C Not so good. I think part of the problem is the Gruyere cheese I was using... it's gross. I don't know if this is the case for all Gruyere, although restaurants generally make it work, but in this case it just reminds me of those Kraft singles in the swiss ( Read more... )

Okay, I have finally recovered enough from the AWESOME that was Backstreet Boys to tell you ALL ABOUT IT.

They weren't playing in PDX this tour, so I had to go up to Seattle to see them. What I didn't realize was that:

1. It is outside (hence the "rain or shine" on the tickets)
2. It was the last tour date for the Boys

So, ( getting there/opening act )

I WENT TO THE JUSTIN TIMERLAKE CONCERT TONIGHT AND OMG HE WANTS TO BE MY BABY DADDY. I CAN TELL.
