Some time ago, I was doing bookdrop and came across Bonekickers a BBC Adventure(?)...Drama(?)...Thingy, and put it on hold for myself, figuring some fiction show about a team of adventuring archaeologists ought to be fun.  It came in for me, so I watched it.

He didn't create any of my absolute favorite shows, but I like the Rockford Files well enough to own several seasons, and it's hard not to feel some warmth for a man who became a writer and TV show creator despite taking a lot of crap in school over his dyslexia.  In the few interviews I saw, he seemed like a genuinely nice guy who really enjoyed ( Read more... )

I give up.  The show had a vaguely interesting premise, and John Barrowman is hot (though he was hotter as the fun version of Captain Jack), but it has yet to have an episode that held up to five seconds thought.  Okay, maybe, maybe the fairy one, but  even it had issues and every other episode unravels with astounding speed if you think about it ( Read more... )
