My drive to get organized marched on and I donated an old computer and canned food I didn't want, sold some old videos, and dropped off my recycling.  Yay, spring cleaning!

I bought a cheap bookcase a few years back that proved to be so crappy it couldn't support the weight of a shelf of paperbacks without bowing.  I finally got some replacement shelving tonight, figured out how to put it together by myself (the directions claimed it was a two person job, but I am clever), and now have non-bowing shelves.

I thought it was just bad allergies at first, but, no, I seem to be well and truly sick.  Blah.  Can someone vacuum out my lungs, cure my headache, and generally look after me until I stop feeling like crap? :(

I find sushi quite tasty - in fact, my fondness for the fishy sorts is probably the largest reason I'm not a vegetarian - but it's really hard to eat.  I'm not very good with chopsticks (I probably need remedial chopsticks classes) and most sushi places make rolls too large to fit in a human mouth.  Or at least, too large to fit in this human's ( Read more... )
