I finally self-motivated enough to clean the bedroom...for the first time in forever!! I am ashamed to say that I still had a box of stuff I'd gotten at our shire Twelfth Night pary sitting out and all that is now finally put away. Why is it that once a cat learns to love the outdoors, he feels obligated to poop on the living room floor?? Our realtor faxed over a form for my husband & I to sign off on that was dropping the contingency of a house inspection from the bid on our house! This is very good news, as the "inspector" they had lined up was their friend who just happened to build houses. Not quite the official house inspector we were expecting. While we haven't closed on it yet, we have accepted a bid to sell our house in Prescott, WI. :) This is a very good thing!! The buyer is even making it a cash sale for us, moving things along quite nicely. The proposed closing date is 12/15 - what a wonderful Christmas present!
