We have some friends up from Madison visiting us for the FIRST TIME EVER! :) We visit them every time we visit my parents, and the hubby insisted them come and visit us before we visit them again. I really enjoyed NS's Spring Crown Tourney this weekend. It was not only a well run event, but the fighting was also wonderful to watch and enjoy as well. Most of the bouts seemed to be fairly well matched, & the finals were very exciting indeed since Sirs Riato & Hrodir are both showmen on the field. I've not posted in forever...sorry about that. I just wanted this post to mention how wonderful having close friends. It is so nice to get home from work or a meeting or anything, and having at least 1 or 2 folks to chat with that let me decompress and vent so I don't take it out on my hubby. I had a wonderful weekend. It started Thursday night with Liz's bachelor party at Whistle Binkies here in Rochester. I had a very good weekend. The hubby & I went with another couple to their family's from Thursday evening-Sunday morning, & we had a great time. The cabin is in Garrison, MN, on the NW shore of Mille Lacs Lake. We played lots of Settlers of Catan & also watched quite a few movies.
