Well, obviously my plan to blog regularly throughout the semester didn't happen. Thanks to the truck being late arriving & being a disaster when it did finally show up, I didn't get a chance to get the apartment organized before the semester started, which meant that I started the semester behind & never really seemed to catch up. Mom had tried to talk me into leaving my camping gear at home, instead of leaving it in the trunk of my car where it usually lives. She argued that I wasn’t likely to go camping any time soon.
