Heihachi's above message comes a little belatedly after it's already been spotted, and he's well aware it's not very helpful even for those few people who can translate Morse code. He just doesn't know what the hell it is either, because he and Toshirou had a bit of a failtacular miscommunication about exactly what Toshirou was doing. orz]
