Ice Storm Unleashed [Complete/Open]
Characters: Hitsugaya Toshirou, Tira, Heihachi Hayashida, Ness
Content: Toshirou and Heihachi plot to get water for the 4423's engines from the river.
Setting: 4423, and the Badlands
Time: Late evening after the search party comes back with the missing crew members.

Toshirou was glad they had found the missing crewmembers, now all he had to do was find Heihachi and make the final arrangements to get the much needed water for the ship. Knowing the mechanic would be below decks in the engine room, the young man headed in that direction making sure to avoid most of the crew members as he did so. It woudln't be good to have the wrong person notice him sneaking about, not with the recent bomb incident.
Spying his intended target not to far away, Toshirou walked up behind Heihachi and tapped the taller man on the shoulder. "Hey."
