Lazy night...
I was SO bad today..I have been eating chocolate, cinamon roll, and just got through eating pizza and breadsticks..even though it was good, once you stop eating that kind of stuff all the time, you realize that it's so bad for you that after you eat it you feel like crap. Ugh I'm so full I'm miserable :(
Last night we went out and played pool and drank a few beers, so tonight I think we are probably going to take it easy. We went to Blockbuster and rented some movie (don't remember the name) and got a pizza so looks like it's going to be movie night. I don't know if I'm in the mood for watching a movie, I'm tempted to go in the kitchen and start doing Mind Erasers and get drunk and listen to my music right now..it's freaking Memorial Day weekend for crying out loud!
Ashley had to work today, so I slept in until 10:00 which is the latest I have slept in SO long. My body is on a time schedule because it is used to me getting up early during the week so on the weekends no matter how bad I want to sleep late I always wake up by 8:00. Then I cleaned around the house a little and went grocery shopping then went and got a VCR from the thrift store (I have to have it for my speech class, I'm not going to go buy a new one when I can go to the thrift store and get one for $8) and came home. I watched old videos from when I was 11 for a long time until Ashley got home. Wow I was SUCH a dork. I will never let ANYBODY see those videos. I was so chunky and dorky, I guess I was like the ugly duckling because I was not very cute between the ages of around 9 or 10 to about 15. I was just chunky and my teeth were crooked (before I got braces)..ugh that's the time in my life that I do not even want to remember. I guess that's why I am such a nice person to EVERYBODY, because I KNOW what it's like to be the 'outcast' or or the 'chubby' one or the 'not so attractive' one. It sucks and it's like your looks are the only thing that people judge you on now days. But I know that I am beautiful now so that's all that matters :) It's like as soon as I hit 10th grade the pounds started to come off, I guess I grew into my body. I'm so glad I'm cute now haha
Oh and by the way Ashley is fixing to get his Union card, which means that he will 'graduate' from the apprenticeship program at the Union Hall and he will become a journeyman. He's been trying to get his card for quite some time, he has been an apprentice for the past 4 1/2 years and you're only supposed to be an apprentice for like 3 years, but everything got mixed up when he lived too far away from the hall to go to school every night and when we moved and everything..well long story short in the next few weeks as soon as he gets his card and transfers to Orlando's local he is going to be making around $5 more an hour. And that's HUGE for us, because that's quite a bit more money every month. So in the next year as long as everything works out we will be comfortable enough to buy a house yay!
Well I guess I will go, I'm going to take a shower and watch a movie with Hudster :) Hope everyone has a great night!
