What: Orange Kid is hanging from the flagpole, and needs help getting down.

Anyone deciding to take a stroll around outside today might notice something a bit odd. It would seem that someone has decided to pull a little prank on Orange Kid, tying him to the flagpole. As much as he struggles and squirms, he can't manage to free himself. He's pretty much stuck up there. Realizing this, he decides to call for help.
"Hello? Can anyone hear me?! I'm stuck up here, and I need some help getting down!! Helloooo?!"
