COOKING CLASS #3: Simply a luncheon that is not so simple!

What: Cooking class, cooking lunch dishes with a bit of a twist!

Warnings:: Beats me. The worst that might happen is stuff going on fire, idk?
*The classroom is the same as ever, the usual objective written down on the chalkboard and the counters wiped down to perfection. There seems to be a list of recipes on the center counter and a sign-up sheet, as usual, but something is a little different about this objective this time. Just what could it be?
Louie stood by the chalkboard, fidgety as always, as the students filed in. Once a good amount came in, he began to speak.*
Hello. *He stood by the chalkboard.* Last time we cooked, we had done breakfast dishes which they probably did a few times for practice because her mun's lazy with classes. Now we are doing lunch dishes, but... it will be a little different.
Hmm... *He shuffles a bit, wondering how to explain this efficiently, but he finally does.* We will be cooking... average lunch dishes. Sandwiches, burgers, and other such dishes. However... for this class, you will need to add an ingredient not usually added to these dishes. It will be necessary to give the dishes your own unique twist.
*He directed the students to the counter, containing loaves of different kinds of breads and... well, just a lot of ingredients commonly used in lunches and then some with more unique foods. There also laid the notepads, one with the recipe list ((what it contains is up to you so you can choose any lunch dish you want!)) and one with the usual sign-up:

Today... cook your lunch dish, either from this list or one you know. But of course... add a new twist to it to make it different from the ordinary.
*The chalkboard's scribblings pretty much describe this along with how it's scored by taste and flavor balance, presentation, execution, and timing, like usual.*
