Scarfy was walking down the hallways just as usual when he spotted a weirdo Orange Kid messing with the door. Tilting his head and secretly chuckling at the sight, Scarfy decided to offer up some help to the kid.

"Need some help with that?" He asked. This kid looked like one of those mathletes or scientist types who probably forgot something in the classroom.

Orange Kid jumped a bit in surprise. He had been so busy trying to open the door, he hadn't been paying much attention to his surroundings.

"What? Me? Needing help? No, of course not, I can handle this just fine." Orange Kid gave the doorknob another shake. Still not opening. "...Of course, I don't really have much experience with this, and while I'm sure I could figure it out on my own, it would probably go much faster with some help."

Scarfy just rolled his eyes as he approached the door and took a hairpin out of his pocket. Bending it, he then stuck it in they keyhole and twisted it in. Scarfy jiggled it a bit before he tested the door to see if it opened, which it did, and took the mangled pin out.

"There," Scarfy grinned.

Well, that was... surprisingly easy. "Ah, thank you, that went much faster than if I had been working on this on my own. Now then, if you'll excuse me, I have work to do." Orange Kid shoved Scarfy out of the way, entering the classroom, making his way towards the machine on the wall that the teacher got his materials from.

Now he just needed to figure out how to use the thing. Which, just like with the door, he had no idea how to do. Maybe this other student could still be useful. "Hey, uh... you! Do you have any idea how to work this thing?"

"How should I know?" He shrugged. "I don't take this class."
