((Anybody who normally hangs or passes the artsy area of town will probably notice Katt with a familiarly creepy-looking chameleon girl with her.... ))
The minute he tried to end that letter to Katt- the original one he wrote, Leon Powalski was gone.
There was something about seeing the feline that could only be done as his alter-ego, and nothing in his scrambled head could convince him otherwise, and as his crippled hand struggled to scratch the final pen strokes, there was something unsettling about seeing the rival who also expressed interest in Falco right after he won the avian's heart but lost the war in the end, and that was when "Chamille" barged into his business. She
completely re-wrote the letter and sent it to Katt's dormitory with a groan of frustration.
And with that, the chameleon made her(?) exit from campus and headed home- where Leon has failed to return to in well over a week.
While Chamille most hated her human transformation, she wanted to give it another attempt the following morning, and for once, she actually got it right. A perfect female appearance with a subtly curvy body. Another day, she'll freely dress in something nice without hiding herself in rediculous layers of clothing, but she wanted to make sure this transformation held well. After all, it was something Leon never did before. Not giving any time to admire her accomplishments, she threw on a t-shirt, worn jeans, sweater, whose sleeves were long enough to cover the bandages on her hands, and worked on her appearance details- like get rid of that stupid mustache.
Chamille made it to the cafe on time: flower-pinned newsboy cap over her head, hands in her pockets
