We were just awoken by the most frightening thunder and lightning storm I've ever heard/seen. There were flashes of lightning in the distance about three hours earlier but it wasn't too ominous. Looking out my window, I can see 25th street is flooded between 3rd and 4th Avenue with the water level high enough to cover the wheels of a regular sized ( Read more... )
