I basically summed this up on Twitter, but if one is going to file a blatantly false retaliatory barking dog complaint against us -- because we reported you first to the city for keeping your pug and shitzu outside 24-7, regardless of inclement weather, to do nothing but bark and bark and bark, due to being cold, unsocialized, and bored -- one might note before taking this step that our poodle, whom you are reporting, has been dead for over a year.
