I just might look into that because it's obnoxious as hell for them to respond to our complaint by filing a retaliatory complaint against us. This is the second time this has happened and it's pissing me off. Grr!

I would especially do it if they rent, because police reports actually get folks in trouble with landlords as well in most places, which can make bad neighbors go away.

Another good point. Frankly, we're hoping to be the ones to go away. This house isn't working for us anymore anyway, so we're hoping to relocate. But, yeah. I think I will pursue it because it's just so low, and your point about renting is a good one (I don't know if they rent or own.).
