Lots to tell today.
First I'll do a Store update.
I got another tea shipment in this week . It had Chai ,Cherry almond black tea, Jasmine scented, mango , Lemon spice, and Ginger peach tea.
I ordered some salmon rubs, seafood seasoning and three different wonderful herbal salt subsitutes.  I sold all my tea gift bags this week so I will have to make ( Read more... )

This  past weekend started on a Wednesday.  D' had his annual piping performance the shows started Thursday  and ended Saturday. He was out partying it up for  four nights coming home between 2 and 4 in the morning of my workdays-very noisey of course, and irritating to boot.

I have trouble sleeping as of late as you well know. While at the Gym earlier this week, I got to talking with my trainer and she suggested taking a calciun/magnesium /zinc supplement.
