Does anyone chat online anymore? Like with Skype's text option or another program? I ask because while it can be hard to schedule and execute a video session with friends, I'd definitely sign in to Skype more often if folks use it the way we used to all use AIM - if I'm missing opportunities for low-key contact maintenance here. -

Not long ago Jocelyn latched me out of our apartment. Around 2 or 2:30AM I unlock the door, open it two inches before the latch catches, and stare into the interior of my apartment for a couple seconds as I realize I’m not getting in. So I knock.
