There is a band out there that plays the renfaire / SCA circut, and they are called Wolgemut, a germanic word meaning ' to be in a good mood ' . They play a rather odd mix of instruments like bagpipes, various types of drums, hurdy-gurdies, recorders, and things I can't even identify ( in one song, they play vegetables ).
