So yeah, I guess I'm still in semi-lurk mode. Ha ha go figure. Anyway, yeah, doing planning for Fanime. In a bit of a change up from the past, doing the driving up a day early, mostly to preserve my sanity on Day 1.

So I'm looking at planning for Yaoi-Con.

Wait, you say. Yaoi-Con? Isn't that in October or something? Like nearly 5 months away?

Yeah, it is. October 30th through November 1st, to be precise. I have a hotel and badge already set, so I figured it's as good a time as any to think transportation.

I'm still trying to do a bit of research in terms of Sakura-Con scheduling. However, the forums seem to have lent the answers to two VERY important questions:

FRIDAY (4-6PM): girugamesh, with The Slants as opening act.
SATURDAY (7-9PM): Hangry & Angry, with Myuji as opening act.

Question to vikki, lionboogy, ziggybecket, or anyone else who might be familiar with the programming habits of Sakura-Con: is there any reason to favor getting flights to the con that arrive late Thursday so I can go to early Friday stuff, or will it mostly be okay to catch an early Friday flight and get to the con around late morning/early afternoon Friday?
