I was surfing around trying to find info following yesterday's neuro visit and came across this scale (its used in conjunction with another called kurtze functional scale) it's basically a way of quantitating disease course etc. i assume it works by recording the number corrilating to the disability of the patient at periods through out and can ( Read more... )
