I finally figured out the problem with Delta Dental not paying my bills of over $600 from the University Dental School.
They finally answered my letter asking about it, and it looks like the Dental School submitted their claim to the account I had when I was with the AFSCME union at Hennepin County! (Closed back in 2001), rather than the account I have currently through the SEIU at work.
Oy veh, er, uff da.
