So I had a tri yesterday. It was perfect racing weather. Not too warm (at least, not initially), not too cool, the water was lovely (well, as lovely as the Schuylkill CAN be that is), and the race is extremely well organized. and I just completed my first run since October. It went pretty well. I'm not at the condition I was then (which wasn't all that great to begin with!) but it's a start.
