B - 16 oz. water with fresh lime
       12 oz. coffee with lowfat goat milk
       3/4 c. muesli with 1/2 c. lowfat goat milk

S - 1 stringcheese stick
      1 banana

L - 1 cup asparagus, garnished with fresh lime and sea salt
      12 oz. chunky tomato soup, garnished with 2 T. cheddar cheese
      1/2 of a Kind bar, almond & coconut

S - 1 c. baked apple with oatmeal

Post-run snack - 1 Taco Bell steak tacito with guacamole

D - Asparagus and green pepper strips with hummus

Total water consumed today : 90 oz.

For those of you who don't know what a Kind bar is, it's an "energy/snack" bar that I purchase from EMS.  It's made with nuts, whole grains, and dried fruits, and is generally less calories (130 for a full bar) than most bars out there.  It also tastes like real food, as opposed to caulk.

Activity - 4.3 mile run

The run started out stiff, but I had loosened up by mile two.  Since the weather was beautiful for November (60's with sun), I ran from the school where I teach, rather than waiting until I got home (which would have me running in the dark).  I saw one of my students twice.  She was out on her bike, and seemed very pleased to see her art teacher out running.  Most of them just look shocked to see me outside of the school.
