I took a mini-hiatus this week. No exercise other than the 2 or so mile walk I took Monday and the crunches I did on Wednesday. I worked on some non-fitness goals, though:

Socialization goals-
I'm currently reading a book called "How to Make Anyone Fall in Love with You." So far, there's a lot of tips that you can apply to any relationship, like advice on being a better conversationalist

Beautification/self-esteem goals-
Worked on different makeup faces. I also ordered some hair products from Aveda. This is essential because Aveda is high-end, and I generally don't feel like I'm "worth" expensive products.

Now on to the regular logs.

Exercise-
None for today

Food-
Blueberry bagel with cream cheese
Cup of orange juice
Several Matt's chocolate chip cookies
Cup of 2% milk
Orange chicken

Water-
48oz

Goals for tomorrow:
-64oz water
-Either an exercise DVD or a run
-Makeup
-20 pushups
-Read more of my book
