Christmas is sort of a non-event for me this year. I'm working all weekend, and my roommate is going home, so I'll be on my own, either at work or with my cat until Tuesday. I always get myself something for Christmas. Maybe it's a little self-indulgent, but that way I am guaranteed at least one gift I really like. This year, I was going to get myself a new laptop. I am trying really hard to make it feel like Christmas here. For one thing, the weather is not cooperating. Last week, it was down in the 20's and 30's, but this week it is hovering around 60 again.
