Reunited And It Feels So Good...

We spent just shy of 19 hours driving (and a few breaks to stretch legs and potty, of course) yesterday to Saskatoon and back to get Romeo. :) So worth it. Andrew did al the driving which was great as I'm not a fan of highway driving. We also took Mia along and she was a very good girl who slept most of the time. Romeo was great for the ride home and he also just slept most of the time. His back legs are slowly getting stronger and the vet gave us slings to support him so he can walk around and do his dirty business. My goodness, his reaction when he saw us yesterday made me cry. He motored into the room and got so excited he couldn't even bark. *lol* He was just making crazy whining noises while trying to give everyone kisses. Of course, I accidentally turned off the camera while he was doing that. >.< His rehab doctor gave us a disc of video footage of how to do exercises with him which is great. Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon has awesome doctors and staff, yo. Very nice and friendly and provided us with everything he'd need so we wouldn't have to get it here (like slings, leash, meds).

I feel so bad for all the people suffering from the flooding that we saw. Wow, just crazy.

I don't have much news other than doggie news. Sorry, folks! They've pretty much wrapped up our time. I desperately need to do at least some cleaning today.
