Guh. Fandoms. I go through them faster than a packet of potato chips. My first one ever was Harry Potter, then a brief obsession of Lord of the Rings. Then followed Artemis Fowl, Pendragon, Warriors. So ... I watched Eragon today.

I shall begin with a book rant. Beware.

I didn't like the book. Sure, I'm green with envy (I'm fifteen, and the year is ending. And all my story-ideas were flops! >_<) and Paolini's got a fantastic imagination, I'll give him that. But the book by itself was ... emotionless. I couldn't feel anything. And the cliches! ( Read more... )

Hmmm, might as well post what I drew during vacation. I planned on maybe sketching the beach or something, but I forgot to bring my sketchbook when we piled into the car. Heh. So I didn't really get any real drawing in except for some random doodlings. Only a few came out half-decent. But here's the best of the bunch, coloured and spruced up.
