My GPA is up to 3.62 now!

I finally figured out what I really need this holiday season! A soldering iron with a safety guard! I soldered approximately 50 assorted slide pendants and brooches today, and wouldn't you know it -- I managed to burn my right index finger on the iron around brooch #8. I have finally succumbed to the ick that has been going around. In a way the timing isn't too bad because it held off long enough for me to complete and submit a rather important proposal at school, but in another way it is very bad timing because it means my first metal's project of the semester will be late.
